some body must be thinking of me because my name keeps coming up in this thread ha ha
I think about Doreen a lot Clay, I mean she is head cook and bottle washer here. I Write with her in mind and how she wants to boards to go.
I try to not to hot link no matter how much I am tempted. I try to use the quote code as much as I can stand. You know just trying to be low maintenance cause I need some where to type on line.
Tony is a friend of yours, that is nice. I will not have to worry about you guys making death threats to each other. Even if they are just poetic license.
Where the hell is perezoso
I miss that boy.

That's funny, in my recollection, this thread was started by Nazz to discuss his behaviour, and his regrets, not to bash anyone, and then I followed it up by saying I regreted that I'd been sucked in also, and widened the subject to the general issue of such things on the internet.tonyc wrote:Just a observation of my own.
This thread (discussing or bashing a member) is considered "trollish" in most forums.
So it wasn't started to discuss, or bash a member (unless you view it as self flagellation?).

I wrote a poem about God in my sleep last night
It started
Shalom
Shalom
won't you please come inside?
But I can't remember the rest of it.
There was a line about a little boy who cried, and mentions of serphim's, and cherubim's, and a line about succubus, and incubus, but not enough remains, to peice together the fading dream of the poem.

I been thinking about justice. I woke up thinking about Rwanda today. Man that was good genocide. No zyclone b no technology just nine hundred thousand people killed in a couple of weeks the old fashioned way with sticks and rocks and machettes. High school kids will read about it in twenty years as a footnote
I love this song
God's Song by Randy Newman.
I love this song
God's Song by Randy Newman.
God's Song (That's Why I Love Mankind)
Cain slew Abel, Seth knew not why
For if the children of Israel were to multiply
Why must any of the children die?
So he asked the Lord
And the Lord said:
Man means nothing, he means less to me
Than the lowliest cactus flower
Or the humblest Yucca tree
He chases round this desert
'Cause he thinks that's where I'll be
That's why I love mankind
I recoil in horror from the foulness of thee
From the squalor and the filth and the misery
How we laugh up here in heaven at the prayers you offer me
That's why I love mankind
The Christians and the Jews were having a jamboree
The Buddhists and the Hindus joined on satellite TV
They picked their four greatest priests
And they began to speak
They said, "Lord, a plague is on the world
Lord, no man is free
The temples that we built to you
Have tumbled into the sea
Lord, if you won't take care of us
Won't you please, please let us be?"
And the Lord said
And the Lord said
I burn down your cities-how blind you must be
I take from you your children and you say how blessed are we
You all must be crazy to put your faith in me
That's why I love mankind
You really need me
That's why I love mankind

In the famous words of Snagglepuss...
Put 'em up put 'em up! *floats like a butterfly stings like a bee*
Put 'em up put 'em up! *floats like a butterfly stings like a bee*
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse

Rejoice with us brother!
What a fellowship, what a joy divine,
leaning on the everlasting arms;
what a blessedness, what a peace is mine,
leaning on the everlasting arms.
Leaning, leaning,
safe and secure from all alarms;
leaning, leaning,
leaning on the everlasting arms.
O how sweet to walk in this pilgrim way,
leaning on the everlasting arms;
O how bright the path grows from day to day,
leaning on the everlasting arms.
What have I to dread, what have I to fear,
leaning on the everlasting arms?
I have blessed peace with my Lord so near,
leaning on the everlasting arms.
