Yes, who/what atones the Creator for this deliberate act?
Of course, this is merely applying feeble, paltry human-type logic to bang on religious doctrine (the possibilities are endless). I think the idea is that there's "no other option" but good/evil, sin/no-sin as a result of physical creation. Still though, it's fun to kick the odd paradox around at times ...
