Now that is just perfect
said and not meant
Truth has a way of shining
darkness dispelled
No one has a bounty of perfection
a rearview of perception
Mistakes are made as lessons
the only mistake is repeated
over and over again
make new mistakes today
learn from them
perfection is not perfect

this full moon mood and roller coaster lifestyle
everything is just perfect except...
picking your scabs, your deep wounds
bare, naked
we sit on the deck after such a day
one to remember
yet...I pick
why? I see a half-healed man
enlightened and dumb
and like the dark winged buzzards that circle in the valley
i look for your open sore, i rent, i tear, i stab, i prick
i pick at the fleshy lobes of your walled enclosures
sometimes you are more minded than empty
sometimes I am more bitch than buddha
we meld our wounds searching for panacea
HEAL!, i plead but there is no healing for i am no savior
just a carnivore looking for a likely meal
i pick you.

BB....buzzard brief is beautifully brilliant...I love it!!!

It was a likely meal but methinks you didn't enjoy it. I say if we can't pick our loved ones bones whose bones can we pick.
