the tree is an important element of the painting.
It was always intended to be the focal point of the painting that shows that in the midst of the cold, gray winter, brings us the warmth and spirituality of Christmas.
As in many of my paintings, I
decided to stop, because I could not visualize anything that would add to, or make the painting better than it is right now.
i can't let this go, the painting is compelling
for 1 thing, i've never utterred a critical jam on another's artwork before
never
this th firzt tyme, mon
usually, i just respond to the artworks that i (inturrupted by phone call from RN magazine telemarketer, polite but firm nope) dig, mon
so why you th lucky one?
okay... i gotta say something here...gmart don't change the painting. i do respect everyone's opinion. but i think the artist has to portray the image in his or her mind no matter if it's realistic or not. it's not about that. it's about a feeling . this painting for me (the christmas tree in particular)captures the warmth of the season in the midst of all that grey and white winter. it made me smile.
yeah gmon has a choice t do or not do
there is no try
same with me
the force is with you, mon
i can sense it
in a place of deep respect and trust
i believe that we can give more assertive critiques of one another
to nurture growth
so i do believe that the resilience one endures with thru th initial emotions that go with
first critical review like is it valid
and believe me
after th fyrst tyme
it's no big deal
especially if mixed with encouraging words
and that is the impetus
because th strengths that you have are beyond belief
you, mon, can scale to incredulous heightz
it's the art spirit i'm a talkin bout!
and you gotta believe in that
the sustaining drive t work art
and/or appreciate it
