knowing yourself

Post by saw » December 18th, 2009, 9:53 pm

Patti liked to be in charge
we had the routine all worked out
we'd smoke a joint have two glasses of merlot
she would turn into Nymphozilla

it was downright scary
even for a young buck marking all the trees
with his rock hard antlers
she was inhuman

and when I was with her
I never felt like it mattered whether
she was with me
or the wino who pissed himself in the alley

Patti had a mission
a calling in life that she did not deny
I was still looking for myself
she already knew who she was
the death of empathy is the birth of barbarism

Awesome telling, dude. I remember girls like that. And wondering if I would survive or thrive. And would I be able to tell the difference.

Peace,
Barry
